Red Light Dome offers free standard worldwide shipping on eligible orders placed through https://redlightdome.com. This policy explains how orders are prepared, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

Order processing and preparation

After payment is confirmed, your order enters our fulfillment queue. Because Red Light Dome products are large-format wellness systems that require careful preparation, most orders are prepared for shipment within 10–15 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery timelines

Once your order has shipped, tracked delivery is typically estimated at 12–17 days worldwide. Delivery times can vary depending on destination, carrier availability, customs processing, local holidays, and other events outside our control.

Shipping rates

Standard worldwide shipping is currently offered free of charge unless a different shipping method, surcharge, or special arrangement is clearly shown at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to activate tracking after the label is created.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues

Lost or damaged packages

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has a delivery issue, contact us within 48 hours of the expected or confirmed delivery date. Please include your order number, tracking number, photos of any damage, and a brief description so we can help investigate with the carrier.
