We want your Red Light Dome purchase to feel clear and confidence-building. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the return window, eligibility requirements, and refund process for orders placed through https://redlightdome.com.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in good condition, with all components, accessories, manuals, and original packaging included where reasonably possible. Returns requested after the 30-day window may not be accepted.
How to start a return
To start a return, email support@redlightdome.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for your return. Our support team will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back before receiving return authorization.
Return shipping
Approved returns are handled according to the instructions provided by our support team. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next step. For other returns, return shipping arrangements may be the customer’s responsibility unless our support team confirms otherwise in writing.
Inspection and refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after inspection, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@redlightdome.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, photos or video where applicable, and photos of the packaging if there was shipping damage.
Non-returnable items and exclusions
Items that are heavily used, missing major components, damaged through misuse, altered, or returned without authorization may be refused or may be subject to a reduced refund. Gift cards, digital products, and final-sale items are not returnable unless required by law.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment, production, or shipping preparation has started.
